How can we help?

FounderReset is not an emergency service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, cannot stay safe, or face an immediate medical emergency, contact local emergency services now and move to a safe place with other people.

App support

For purchase restoration, subscription access, privacy controls, data deletion, accessibility, or technical problems, contact:

Include your app version, iOS version, device model, and a description of what happened. Do not email private journal text, passwords, full financial records, legal documents, or detailed health information.

Subscriptions

To restore an eligible purchase, open FounderReset → Profile → FounderReset Pro → Restore Purchases. To view or cancel a subscription, use Apple’s subscription management page in iOS Settings or the App Store.

Privacy and deletion

FounderReset does not require an account and does not receive your private recovery records. To erase local data, open Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete All Records.

Response expectations

Support is provided in English. This inbox is not monitored as an emergency or crisis channel. We aim to respond to ordinary support requests within five business days.
